Yo, You guys all know that human nature is lazy, enjoyment and LACK of discipline. So the only way to develop a human is to put them under pressure and into the “framework”.
Families, schools, friends, workplaces are all those. Otherwise you can not develop human beings and be a successful leader. (in case you want it)
For me this time, I have an opportunity to create my workplace, my team and choose people I’ll work with.
So… let do it and do it right.
Ps: I’ll create my own discipline.
